I believe we will have a settlement today, but the question is what kind of settlement? Is it going to be about the 4B, or is going to be global one.?
First let me say this, I don’t think JPM is in a position to provoke the judge. They must show the judge that When they asked for extension, they meant business not just using this additional 8 days as a stall tactic, judge will not be happy to hear them asking for another delay because this will be just waste the court’s time. Therefore I believe the judge will not accept any thing short of some sort of settlement.
Now , what kind of settlement will have today? I believe, and I hope I am wrong, if there is any settlement , its more likely will be about the 4B, judging from Thursdays trading which clearly indicated that the money was migrating from WAMUQ to WAMKQ or should I say K was the star of the day, volume was way high while WAMUQ for third day in row closed in red. The way I see it is , the investors including the big boys whom always have first hand information, possibly, they found out through a leak from insiders, that the settlement is about the 4B not global. If that is the case then the 4B will be just about enough to take care of Ps and Ks and the common which is last in line will not get any. This is all JMHO, again, I hope I am wrong. I am holding all three P<K<and U. Hoping to hear good news today.
