Any new thoughts on this stock? Is it good that the stock can keep bouncing around at such a low value (0.0007 to 0.0008)? I can only afford a few microstocks. I liked what I read about TADF, the people involved, the progress made in getting the Super Tacano, the Cornucopia money, and the 10% interest in Tactical Air Support. I bought into it at 0.0008, but it costs me almost $10 to buy and $10 to sell. I could sell it, but it takes a lot of time to find something this interesting.

Thank you my Friend for reading my post . I dont know what to tell you my Friend.. You are in much better position than many of us whom bought in this scam at 0.05. From what I see this scam has came to an end. soon there will be a revers split then everything is over. Those big shots whom participated in this scam they have already made their money. This kind of unjust practices been going on for long, no wonder we have movment such as occupying wall street .Because SEC has done no thing to stop these sharks from steeling money from ordenery people, such as you and I.
Good luck

Are you telling us that your father allowed somebody to use his distinguished name for free? or you saying that Alex used your father’s name and three star General name plus a CIA guy’s name with out their knowledge? Now to answer your Question who cashed out for millions of dollars, I say where is 60 minutes when you need them. This is interesting story . What brings a top gun pilot a three star General and a CIA guys to a penny stock ??? I lost a lot of money after in this scam and I am not going to give up even if I end up in Jail for going after these big shots. For now I am over sea but I will keep perusing this case. Wait and see

I bought it the day before it went to .05 and I purchased 26k worth at .036 and had an opportunity to cash out when you bought in so that’s just me being greedy. I thought the company was strong enough to swing back up but like you said, all his family and him sold all day that long and it dropped like a rock so fast despite 180 million in volume. I ended up buying 3k worth last week when it was 0035 so it averaged me down to .027 now. Don’t get me wrong, I’m pretty pissed it plummeted like that so quick. I just think more bad comments and bashing the CEO and continuously using the word scam and this company in the same sentence isn’t exactly going to help us attract new investors so we both can eventually recoup our loses. Maybe trying to think on the bright side and portray some sort of hope will eventually make people interested in spending their money on this company instead of turning them off to it. maybe you should think about trying to average down a bit so you don’t have too far to go. That 180 million dollar day happened because of 2 big events. 1: again like you said, all his familly and him sold a crazy amount of shares but the second thing is the fact of that jerk off who filed for involuntary bancrupcy which in turn put a scare in every single investor hold large quantities of shares or 1000 shares. I don’t think alex and his family anticipated that happening because that would defeat the purpose of trying to sell shares at the highest price if everyone is scared and selling after that news. he probably anticipated the price to go well above 8 to 10 cents because it was poised to do so. I don’t think he would have started selling untill the real peek would have been met. but by then you and I would have been selling Also and we wouldn’t be having this convo right now. I don’t think that day would have happened if the company didn’t get sabotaged. that dude should have been forced to do the full 5 years in prison but you have to love this F$@ked up country.

Also, I’m sure it didn’t help the confidence of investors when that clown tried to send the company into involuntary bankruptcy not once but twice and now finally threatened with criminal charges if he attempts to sabotage the integrity of the corporation for the third time. All these obstacles have obviously taken a toll on investor confidence with buying in and now hopefully everything is settling down and investors will slowly start to come back around since the stock price In my oppinion is undervalued with decent growth potential in the future

I have replied to you in brief and I will follow up on this subject. I am fascinating with this stock. As a former Journalist, I believe if this is a scam, this story will be on many major news agencies. If you are a share holder you should be on my side. I am doing this all alone and I realize the consistences of this case, where a military General , top gun pilot, and a CIA personal involved in this stock. But I have been in more hazardous situation through my previous work with U.S military oversea.
Take care.

How do you know for a fact that it’s him personally selling? Also if it is him selling, do you think he paid for those 20 million shares? I bet those shares are just free money in his pocket. not to mention he’s been selling since that day acouple months ago when there was about 180 million shares traded that day and the stock still plummeted. I personally think it’s a combination of a lot of people selling and not just him but everyone just assumes it’s him. do you really think this guy wants to see his company fail? especially when or if this merger goes through, he’s still going to be the CFO. Like I saw in other articles, many news letters and promoters were given large blocks of shares to build up the hype in order to attract new investments so how do you know if they ran out of their shares yet? keep in mind all those shares are free money to them. If they sell them all off even for the cheapest price it’s still free money for them. now if they do sell them and drop the price like we’ve seen, now that it’s real cheap, they can take that free Money and gradually buy back the stock at a lower price which I think we’ve been seeing over the last couple days since it’s made a decent up swing on no news so far. Then after the merger they are holding again, the cycle begins over again and they sell when new investors jump in and drive the price higher. in other words they win both ways. that’s just my opinion. I have over a million shares of this company so if I decided to sell them all at once you’d just assume its him unloading another million right? maybe a bunch of people own a million each and everyone just assumes it’s him still selling. there are a lot of different senarios that could be happening. All I know is this stock moved 40 and 25% on no news so where was he those days selling? Apparently the buyers beat out the sellers otherwise the stock wouldn’t have budged at all

I would love to answer you in detail, and I will when my health permits me to do so. But you making some good points. On the other hand you have to read my other articles about TADF and Alex to understand Why do I think its him or some members of his family selling. Have you notes for the last 2 months somebody is selling 1mil shares every day. Even today- Tuesday- this person sold his Million in 2 blocks of 500,000 .hmmmm
He can sell his shares but I have the right to raise my voice because I am a share holder. When he saturates the market with cheap shares eventually he is shrinking my portfolio and yours. Let me ask you , are you in profit? because I am not. I dont know about you , but me and many others like me bought this stock at the peek. You are happy with 40% up, maybe because you are in profit but I am not. 40% of 0.007 will not get me out of red. Some of us bought this at .05. How much this stock has to go up in order for us just to recover our initial investment? make your calculation.
I thank you for very much for you reply and please dont hesetate to hit be back.
Best regards.

Why do you keep bashing TADF when it goes down, but don’t acknowledge it when it’s been going up? everything goes up and down and if alex decides to sell his shares, that’s his right to do so. Everyone needs to have patients and just go with the flow and stop complaining if it goes down 7% after two days of 40 and 25% gains. Everyone knows stocks can’t go up without some sort of pull back here and there. Again, everyone just needs to relax and if they’re affraid, then just sell out and stop looking at the company

I thank you for your comment. well said. But I have some issues with TADF. If this turns to be a scam many important people will go down with Alex. I am share holder and I like to see Alex and TADF to succeeds. Yes Alex has the right to sell but why dont you give the right to complain? Here is the problem my Friend, Why would he sell his shares so cheap when he could sell them much higher price when the acquisition is through? think about it.
I thank you again and I am ready for any follow up.
Best regards

Why would someone ever post a letter of this nature on the internet, except to gain some publicity for themselves? I would think that in the best interest of the integrity that you say you are trying to protect you would send a personal letter or note to person with whom you are questioning character. It is good business practice and most appropriate.
